Truehearth Armouries is owned and operated by me, Carlo Carignan; also known as Lord David Trueheart, in the Society for Creative Anachronism.  I have been involved in the SCA since 1983.  My interest in armouring came through necessity.  The nearest armourer to my group was an 18 hour car ride away, which made it hard to get helmets.   Therefore in 1989 I made my first helmet which developed into armouring as a hobby.  In 1997 I opened Truehearth Armouries as a full time operation.   In 2007 I joined the Canadian Air Force, since then I continue armouring part time.  I wish to thank all my customers for their patronage and wish you all to take advantage of my 23 years experience.
